After two days my baggage arrived also. With that my running items.

Holidays as I like it!

Morning run in the heart of Europe!

Today tested my new race suit with some race intervals on a bike run brick session. Can’t wait to race with this fast one @heptriathlonheilbronn in two weeks.

Used the time for a run when the Athletes were at the big cycle loop at the 1000 hills of 70.3 Kraichgau.

My tour today with two times Schindelberg, means training at the 70.3 Kraichgau bike course.

First @erdingeralkoholfrei.de run in Stuttgart.

A little cold stopped me the last weekend but now I’m ready for the first race in Germany @ejotteam Buschhütten Triathlon.
